CANCELLATION
NO ACCOMPANIED
A deposit of $30 is required to secure your reservation when booking an appointment two weeks or more in advance. This will be deducted from your final payment. It is non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a cancellation.
Please note that we DO NOT accept AMEX for payment.
In order to serve the best quality to client, if you foresee of running late, please inform us in advanced. We allow 10 minutes late, but we only work with the rest of the appointment length. If you are later than 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and you can reschedule for the next available spots.
Please contact us if you need to cancel the appointment. Cancellations should be made within 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Failing to do so will be classed as a “no show”. Two times of cancelling or “no show”, 50% of service payment will be required upfront before booking again.
Due to our limited space available, we ONLY accommodate clients with scheduled appointment to come in our studio at the appointment time in order to maintain relaxing and calming atmosphere for all our valued clients.
Sadly, we also DO NOT allow pets in studio due to other clients with allergy.
